Even small habits make a big difference, some for our good, some to our detriment. Habits can affect every aspect of our lives, especially our health and wellbeing. While some people find it easy to create healthy habits, others cannot stop unhealthy ones no matter how hard they try. In this lunchtime workshop we will explore:
