When the calendar gives us a month with FIVE Sundays in it, we’re taking off! At 11 am on March 31 (at the time we’d usually be doing our Sunday experience), we’re traveling downtown for a 1-hour tour of the Ann Frank exhibit at The Dallas Holocaust Museum, and then we’ll have a picnic in the park. If the weather isn’t picnic-conducive, we’ve got other eating options too.
“Let Me Be Myself” tells the story of Anne Frank in a modern way, addressing current day issues of identity, exclusion and discrimination. Anne’s experiences connect deeply with today’s youth as they grow and learn that all actions and words matter.
Stay tuned for more details as the date nears and mark your calendar for our Fifth Sunday Adventure.

March UnSunday is based on a poem titled Chasms, by Asali DeVan Ecclesiastes. We will explore deep integrity – that place of being and becoming who we deeply sense ourselves to be. Join us for mimosas and coffee at 10:45 am with discussion beginning at 11 every second Sunday of the month for a new HeartSpace experience.

Clearing the Chakras Through the Senses

In this 2-1/2-hour workshop led by Carmen Bergin and Sharon Wittmann, we will clear and balance the Chakras using Essential Oils and Sound Healing. After a grounding gong meditation, we’ll identify emotional blocking of each Chakra and use Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) to release them. Crystal Bowls and meditation will restore and balance Chakras. Tickets are available until March 21 for $75. When we remember we are many different expressions, of the same One, the very foundation for the fear and hatred we have for others dissolves. When we remember we are many different expressions, but we all come from the same Source, how can we choose anything other than love?

The Family Constellations Workshop we had in September was such a phenomenal success, John Harold Moore has agreed to bring it back to HeartSpace. It will be from 1-4:30 pm on Saturdays Feb. 23, May 4, Aug. 10 and Nov. 16. Each is a stand-alone event and you can attend one or all of them. You can sign up for each one by clicking the calendar date on our website. Family Constellations is an experiential workshop to gain insights and new perspectives about your own family dynamics and discover what might be holding you back from reaching your highest potential. Once we see the bigger picture and where the energy is stuck, we put things back in place and let the energy start moving again. The results can be life-changing. This workshop is being offered on a sliding scale of $30-50. Whatever you contribute will be greatly appreciated. John Harold Moore is a Life Coach, Family Constellations Facilitator, Speaker, A Course in Miracles Teacher, and graduate of the Family Constellations Institute of Miami. Find him on the web at JohnHaroldMoore.com.

Our new curriculum in YouthSpace (our class for ages 4-11) suggests books for us to use and we’ve created a wish list for them here:  //www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/NQ85LA0ZXMMO. If the spirit moves you next time you’re on Amazon, grab one of those books for our kids, please and thanks!

Where do we go when this lifetime is complete? Why do we suffer sometimes? And why are we here, really? Big philosophical and spiritual questions must always reconcile with our personal perspective and our own path of growth. This week Rev. Chris shares how Ernest Holmes and other wisdom teachers answer these questions.

In week two of HeartSpace’s annual January theme: The basics of the Science of Mind & Spirit, Rev. Chris is weaving answers to the seven theological questions.

The Thing Itself. It’s a January thing. We return to the basics of our spiritual philosophy. This year, Chris is attempting to explain what we’re about WIHOUT the use of buzz words or jargon. Carry on…knowing that sometimes, the journey from the head to the heart is the longest. Remember you are whole.

UnSunday is always lively and interactive. February’s UnSunday kicks it up a notch with a truly participatory exercise. No, not *that* kind of exercise – you can’t do that with a mimosa. This is simple and profound. It is sure to generate new awareness and quite possibly deep feelings. Join us for mimosas and coffee at 10:45 am with discussion beginning at 11 every second Sunday of the month for a new HeartSpace experience.
