On this month’s UnSunday, we’ll have a chat based on Brené Brown’s book Dare to Lead. Leadership isn’t something out there, something another person does. We all lead, and we can infuse our leading with our spiritual authenticity. Join us for an inspired dialog about the pillars of daring leadership and an exploration of how each of us can step into it. We’ll have mimosas and coffee starting at 10:45 am and then at 11, we’ll begin a whole new way to experience HeartSpace with UnSunday.

On this month’s UnSunday, Linda Jones will help us unpack a whole new creativity we didn’t even know we had by guiding us in building a reflective or aspirational poem. Think you can’t write? Think you don’t have any creativity? Come be astonished at what you’ll find just by following a few simple instructions!  And it’s FUN! Join us for UnSunday on July 14 for mimosas and coffee starting at 10:45 am and then at 11, we’ll begin a whole new way to experience HeartSpace and our own creativity.

Once a quarter on the 5th Sunday of the month, instead of the service at 11 am, we take off for an adventure. On June 30, our next 5th Sunday Adventure takes us to White Rock Lake for a cruise aboard The Spirit of Dallas sailboat and then a picnic at White Rock Boat Club. The sailboat will leave from White Rock Boat Club at 340 East Lawther Lane at 11 am on Sunday, June 30. Be sure to get there early so you don’t miss the boat! After about an hour sail, we’ll all come back to the sailing club for a potluck picnic. We’ll provide an entrée and drinks, you bring the sides (salads, vegetables, desserts). Let us know if you’ll be there and what your bringing by signing the sheet at the front desk or email CeliaNaples@gmail.com. Rain or shine, we’re having a party on the lake!

This new 5-week Wednesday night class begins June 12 and is based on Thomas Moore’s book “The Soul’s Religion.” This class is a journey through the deep spirituality that cannot be verbalized, but rather is known within. It explores nonverbal knowing, the power of ritual, and spiritual knowing that extends beyond religion. Each class contains a deep ritual process and dialog. The class costs $100 and will be at Chris’s home in Richardson. There’s a class signup sheet at the front desk or for more information, you can also email reachout@heartspacedallas.org.

Join us for our June Dinner Friends. It will be a POOL PARTY at the home of Lynda Taylor on Saturday, June 22 starting at 3:30 pm, with dinner at 6ish. Lynda lives in North Dallas – just south of the George Bush Tpk. at Preston Rd. Everyone brings food to share. It’s a wonderful evening of laughter, hugs, great conversations, and of course amazing food! Please come for a relaxing, enjoyable get together that is a great way to make new friends with people who are of like mind. To RSVP or to get on the email list so you’ll know about our upcoming dinners, email Kevin Prentice at drprentice1@gmail.com.

John Harold Moore presents The Family Constellations Workshop at HeartSpace from 1-4:30 pm on Saturday May 4. Family Constellations is an experiential workshop to gain insights and new perspectives about your own family dynamics and discover what might be holding you back from reaching your highest potential. Once we see the bigger picture and where the energy is stuck, we put things back in place and let the energy start moving again. The results can be life-changing.  Join us, even if you’ve attended the workshop previously, because you’ll get something different every time. If you can’t make this one, he’ll be back on September 21. Each is a stand-alone event and you can attend one or all. You can sign up on the sheet at the front door, on our Facebook Event page or on our website. This workshop is being offered on a sliding scale of $30-50. Whatever you contribute will be greatly appreciated. John Harold Moore is a Life Coach, Family Constellations Facilitator, Speaker, A Course in Miracles Teacher, and graduate of the Family Constellations Institute of Miami. Find him on the web at JohnHaroldMoore.com.

Join us for our May 12 UnSunday as we explore what Darwin actually meant by “survival of the fittest.” It’s quite possible that we’ve built our Western cultural ideal on a concept that is not only wrong, but likely harmful. It’ll be an intriguing dialog. Join us for mimosas and coffee at 10:45 am with discussion beginning at 11 every second Sunday of the month for a new HeartSpace experience.
